Class Vibe: My classes are flowy with a touch of spice, inviting you to move, breathe, and feel while staying deeply connected to yourself.


Training & Experience: I'm a 500-hour registered yoga teacher with training in Yin yoga, as well as multiple trainings in arm balances and inversions—which I love to explore, though they’re not the core of my teaching.


What’s the heart of your teaching? At the heart of my teaching is the intention to help you stay. To stay with your breath, your body, and your experience—even when it feels uncomfortable. I believe the way we meet ourselves on the mat reflects the way we meet ourselves in life, and yoga offers us a space to soften, to listen, and to grow.


Why did you start teaching? This practice has brought so much joy and connection into my life—it helped me come home to my body, my breath, and who I truly am. Teaching is my way of sharing that with others.


Extra Spark: My sequences are creative and playful, encouraging you to explore, be curious, and reconnect with your inner child. There’s no end goal,just the beauty of the practice itself.


Off the mat: When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me on my mat, hiking with my dog, or near the ocean.
