Our Classes
From gentle, grounding practices to steady, energizing flows, each yoga and movement class offers space to move in a way that feels right for you.
There’s room here to explore, reset, and simply be.

All Levels Flow
A steady, breath-led class designed for a wide range of bodies and experience levels to build strength, mobility, and balance while staying connected to your breath. Options are offered so you can move at your own pace — slow down, explore more intensity, or pause when you need.

Beginner Basics
A welcoming place to start if you’re new to yoga or returning after time away. Explore foundational poses, simple transitions, and breathing practices that build confidence and awareness. Move slowly, ask questions, and learn at your own pace.

Community Class
(Pay-What-You-Can)
A community-centered class offered on a pay-what-you-can basis. An accessible practice designed to welcome students of all experience levels.
Guided Meditation + Restorative
A calming blend of guided meditation and restorative yoga. Breath and awareness practices help quiet the mind before settling into supported poses. No meditation experience needed — just come as you are.

Mobility Flow
An intentional movement class designed to improve joint mobility, stability, and overall ease of movement. Expect controlled ranges of motion, strength work, and simple drills that help the body feel more open and supported.

Sensory Yoga
A gentle, supportive class focused on improving sensory processing, body awareness, and self-regulation. Through slow movements, grounding poses, and mindful breathing, students are guided toward a calmer, more balanced state. Especially helpful for those who feel overstimulated, anxious, or benefit from a sensory-friendly environment.

Slow Flow
A slower-paced flow that gives you time to move with awareness. Expect nourishing sequences, slow strength-building, and space to move in a way that feels supportive for your body.

Somatic Movement
A class centered on mindful movement and internal awareness. Through exploratory motions and guided attention, you’ll reconnect with how your body moves and feels from the inside out. This practice helps release unnecessary tension, improve coordination, and create a deeper sense of ease in the body.

Yin + Restorative
A deeply calming class that blends the quiet stretch of Yin yoga with the supported stillness of Restorative poses. Yin invites gentle, longer-held shapes that target deeper connective tissues, while Restorative allows the body to fully relax with the support of props. Together they create space for release, recovery, and nervous system reset.
