A Somatic Inner Child Exploration (Pay-What-You-Can)

Thursday, June 25 • 8:30PM

Many of the patterns we struggle with today—people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-doubt, anxiety, or difficulty setting boundaries—began as intelligent adaptations to our early experiences.

Join Somatic Healing Practitioner and Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Adele OuYang for an evening of exploration, reflection, and healing as we reconnect with younger parts of ourselves that are still seeking safety, love, and belonging.

Through somatic movement, guided reflection, restorative practices, and journaling, you'll begin to better understand the unconscious patterns that may still be shaping your life today while cultivating greater self-compassion and self-awareness.

This workshop is open to all experience levels and is designed to provide a supportive, trauma-informed, and inclusive space for personal exploration.

Please bring a journal and something to write with.

Please note: Photos and/or videos may be captured during the workshop for promotional purposes.
