A variety of classes to support movement, rest, and mindful connection to your body. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and discover what feels right for you.

All Levels Flow

A steady, breath-led yoga class designed for a wide range of bodies and experience levels. You’ll move through simple sequences that build strength, mobility, and balance while staying connected to your breath. Options are always offered so you can move in a way that feels right for you — whether that means slowing down, exploring a little more intensity, or simply taking a moment to pause

Beginner Basics

A welcoming place to start if you’re new to yoga or returning after time away. We’ll explore foundational poses, simple transitions, and breathing practices that help you build confidence and awareness in your body. There’s plenty of room to ask questions, move slowly, and learn at your own pace.

Guided Meditation + Restorative

A welcoming class offered to help make movement accessible to everyone in the community. All levels are invited, and payment is flexible — simply contribute what feels manageable for you.

A quiet space to slow down and reset. Gentle guided meditation practices help focus the mind and bring awareness to the breath, followed by deeply supported restorative poses that allow the body to soften and relax. No experience with meditation is needed — just come as you are.

Sensory Yoga

A supportive class designed for seniors, prenatal or postnatal students, and anyone looking for a slower, more mindful approach to movement. Expect joint-friendly sequences, balance work, and gentle strength-building, all taught at an easy pace with lots of options. The focus is on comfort, stability, and reconnecting with your body.

Slow Flow

A gentle, unhurried flow that gives you time to feel each movement and settle into your breath. Poses are linked together at an easy pace, with space to explore alignment, stability, and ease. This class is a great option if you enjoy flow but prefer a calmer rhythm.

Somatic Movement

A slow, exploratory practice that helps you reconnect with how your body naturally moves. Through small, mindful movements and guided awareness, you’ll begin to notice patterns of tension and discover new ways to move with greater ease and efficiency. This class is especially helpful for releasing stress, improving mobility, and deepening body awareness.

Yin + Restorative Yoga

A deeply calming class designed to release tension and help your body fully unwind. The first half of class focuses on Yin, with long-held, supported stretches that gently target deeper connective tissues. The second half shifts into Restorative, where fully supported poses invite the nervous system to settle and the body to rest.
