What’s the heart of your teaching? My intention is to create a space where people can feel safe in their bodies, explore movement with curiosity, and reconnect with themselves from the inside out.

Why did you start teaching? My own healing journey showed me how powerful it is when the body is included in the process. Movement became one of the ways I learned to regulate my nervous system, reconnect with myself, and rebuild my sense of worth. Teaching allows me to guide others back into that same connection with their body and inner wisdom. I wanted to bring the somatic tools I use in private coaching into a group movement experience, helping people reconnect with their bodies and support their nervous systems through mindful movement.

Extra Spark: My classes blend gentle somatic exploration, movement meditation, and moments of reflection to help students tune into their internal experience. The intention is to create space to UnNervous Your System and begin to Rewire Your Reality—remembering that inner work creates outer results. Let’s get conscious.

Off the mat: I love being in nature, long walks, traveling, trying new foods, writing my first book, watching movies with my partner, and connecting with my two kids.
