What’s the heart of your teaching? I guide students to build strength from within, through their body, breath, and the way they show up for themselves.
Why did you start teaching? I started teaching because yoga became more than movement for me, it became a way to feel stronger, steadier, and in control during life’s transitions (including career shifts, pregnancies, and lifes journey), and I wanted to share that with others.
Extra Spark: My classes blend traditional yoga foundations with strength-based movement. You’ll experience intentional sequencing, thoughtful prop integration (weights, blocks, bands), and cues that focus on length, control, and full-body awareness, always anchored in the breath.
Off the mat: Outside the studio, I’m a mom and a financial specialist, and I carry that same intention into everything I do; building strength, stability, and clarity from the inside out. I love mindful movement, great reads, quiet moments to myself, and yes… coffee is part of my daily ritual.
